The Mother Road still offers a journey through a slice of American life My second cover story is featured in the July 2018 issue of Texas Co-op Power magazine—all about Route 66. This was a fun one to write! In preparation, I re-watched Pixar’s Cars and read (embarrassingly, for the first time) The Grapes of Wrath.
