    A Glorious Morning

    There’s something about those gorgeous Appalachian Mountains that call your name time and time again. I had the pleasure of staying at the Morning Glory Inn on a road trip to Pocahontas County, West Virginia. Owners Rod and Karin welcomed us like we were family and made us immediately feel at home. I can’t wait to go back. This part of the country should definitely be on your bucket list.     CEO Connection Magazine Inaugural Issue

    CEO Connection is an international organization that empowers mid-market CEOs by connecting them to resources, opportunities, information, and each other. Mid-market companies generate annual revenues between $100 million and $3 billion. According to the United States Census Bureau’s Statistics of U.S. Businesses, mid-market companies employ more than 30 million people and generate approximately a third of annual gross receipts in the U.S.  In 2019, I was hired as editor-in-chief of CEO Connection Magazine. Read our first issue here (this one’s on Mergers & Acquisitions), in which I had the opportunity to interview some fascinating CEOs of companies like Vera Bradley and Ignition Institute.
