Many ask me what’s the best way to experience West Texas. Where to begin. The list is endless. But, the Viva Big Bend music festival has become a tradition of ours. It’s a great excuse to gather with your friends in the Texas mountains and enjoy live music of all genres. You wear crazy outfits and eat great food. You try new cocktails (like the Wahaka This Way at The Saddle Club) and dance in the moonlight. And during the day you can hike the mountains, shop for art, or cool off in Balmorhea State Park, the world’s largest spring-fed pool.
