A Lake in the Desert
I-20 Wildlife Preserve offers unexpected nature viewing in the shadow of downtown Midland. My Hit the Road article on the I-20 Wildlife Preserve in Midland is in this month’s issue of Texas Co-op Power. When I worked for the Midland CVB, this was one of my favorite places to go to be surrounded by nature. When I’m outside, I’m my fullest self. Raising the Stakes
My first cover story! My first cover story, about livestock shows in Texas, is published in the July 2017 issue of Texas Co-op Power magazine. Read it here. This girl, like so many Texas youth, works so hard and takes such great care of these animals.
